Located in Dresden’s internationally recognized semiconductor ecosystem, our certificate courses are designed for professionals and graduates who want to build targeted knowledge in microelectronics and related management disciplines.

The program covers key areas such as semiconductor production, advanced packaging, microsystems and sensor technologies, as well as operations, logistics, and project management in semiconductor-related environments. 

The courses are part of the Master's program “Industrial Management in Microelectronics (M. Sc.)”. Each course can be booked individually, allowing participants to expand their microelectronics expertise in a flexible, focused, and career-relevant way.

Course Overview

Our continuing Education Program is aimed at:

  • Professionals with a recognized higher education entrance qualification and relevant professional experience in the semiconductor sector who want to refresh or deepen their knowledge of microelectronics, semiconductor manufacturing, and related management topics
  • Graduates with a first professionally qualifying university degree in a STEM field, such as mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, or engineering, who want to build in-depth expertise in processor technology, advanced packaging, microsystem engineering, and sensor technologies
  • Students in STEM degree programs who want to expand their knowledge of microelectronics in a focused way and prepare for interdisciplinary roles across the microelectronics value chain, including operations, logistics, project management, and leadership
