• Enrolment
• Creation of certificates, forms for your degree programme and course of study
• Technical support (MS Teams, DIU DIGIT@L, Zoom)
• Support/advice on the course of studies (organisation, leave of absence, etc.)
• Financial counselling (information on scholarships, financial aid and other funding opportunities)
• Social counselling (support with personal challenges during your studies)
• Contact for suggestions and feedback.

We advise our international students on all questions relating to:

• Finding accommodation (help with finding accommodation and halls of residence)
• Immigration law matters (support with matters relating to residence law)
• Health services (arranging health services and insurance information)

Examination Office and Planning Office - Please note: The Examination Office (examinationoffice@di-uni.de) and Planning Office (planningoffice@di-uni.de) will continue to be available for you for special matters relating to examinations and timetabling.
