WORK[X]-Festival - Event review

The Festival 2020 was an "online first" festival: This means that participants could experience in it completely and in all its facets from anywhere in the world via the Internet. Because we know how important it is to have personal encounters on site, we provided a festival satellite at DIU and invited thought leaders from the new work scene to participate in this year's Work-X-Festival in Dresden at DIU.This new, hybrid format of the WORK[X] festival was full of surprises and great networking experiences. It was also the first opportunity to inaugurate our new event room "PLAZA" and to learn to appreciate it right away. Despite the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, we experienced a wonderfully enriching event that led to lasting insights, especially through the presence moderators.
