Alumni work at the DIU

28. September 2020

Alumni are the best ambassadors of a university - true to this motto, DIU is intensifying its activities in the "Association for the Promotion of Management Studies at Dresden International University".

This association, which was originally created on June 14, 2013 for the MBA Corporate Management course, stands for the networking of graduates and current students with lecturers and interested parties.

In the summer of this year, the support association was extended to other management courses at DIU in order to further expand the networking concept. Since this year, DIU as an institution has been a member of the sponsoring association and has filled a board position with Katharina Barth (course manager of the MBA Corporate Management), alongside Conrad Rentsch, Nikolaus C. Raben, Prof. Dr. techn. Stefan Kornhuber and Stephan Jank.

The Association for the Promotion of Management Programs sees itself as a forum for knowledge transfer. Its purpose is the promotion of science & research as well as the bundling of competences from business & science in the field of corporate management & corporate succession.

The 22 members of the association support the promotion of research and teaching activities in the field of corporate management & business succession and related fields. The focus is on cooperation between universities, scientific institutions, associations and institutions with companies at home and abroad. Here, scientific forums, conferences and symposia are to be organized and carried out in Dresden and research projects as well as research assignments in the field of corporate management and corporate succession are to be promoted.

Our website www.di-uni.de will keep you informed about upcoming events of the association.
