This semester we are happy to welcome international students from India, China and the United Arab Emirates. The special they began with a short presentation about the DIU that was followed by general information about the life in Germany as well as a question and answer session. Together with their matriculation certificates, the students received Dresden city guides in English, which they can use on their future way through the baroque city.
Over the next three months the international participants will learn the fundamentals of the German language together, before they start their studies on the 5th of August. This will give the future logistics experts time to get used to their new home and make their first friends. DIU's study programme managers will support them in their administrative tasks and with all other questions.
The international master’s programme in Logistics leads to the academic degree "Master of Business Administration" (MBA) in 18 months. The basic aim of the programme is to strengthen the students' management competence and entrepreneurial initiative in order to be able to react appropriately and professionally to logistical challenges in the industry, trade and services. The next start of the master’s programme is on the 5th of November 2019.
