The other further training courses, such as the Bachelor's programme in "Management and Leadership", also make it possible to change and expand perspectives. With basic knowledge from academic expertise coupled with the latest findings from industry and management 4.0, graduates and seminar participants are then solution developers for entrepreneurial and legal problems in today's digital and agile working world. Different master and Bachelor degrees are available, the lecturers are experts from the university as well as the entrepreneurial and legal field.
In addition to business management skills, today's top logistics experts must also have established skills in supply chain management, strategic planning, project and financial management and in the management of modern information and communication systems. In addition, holistic and analytical thinking, a pronounced organizational talent, leadership and team orientation are required.
